What are the benefits of outdoor trainings?

The environment you exercise in has an effect on the quality of your workouts as well as your physical and mental health. Breathing fresh air, having enough space to move and run, regular contact with the grass is helping us ground our bodies. Grounding helps us to feel in contact with the nature. Except the spacious, natural environment, you will receive direct sunlight and vitamin D. Sunlight and exercise improve our sleep. Sunlight and exercise facilitate the release of endorphins, which are associated with happiness and good mood. So spread the positive vibes around you. Park trainings on the other side are social. There you get to know more people and a shared workout brings more fun. Train together, shine together. You are less likely to fall behind your workout schedule when surrounded by such a network of people who share the same fitness goals with you. Come and meet people with same interests! What equipment do you use?

Depending on the class structure we use different equipment like battle rope, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX, resistant bands, plyometric box and many more. Our trainings are interactive, fun and energetic. Come and challenge yourself. Check out TIMETABLE.

Yes, your first session is free. Book your first training here.

How do we modify the exercises for different fitness levels?

We welcome all fitness levels. We provide adapted versions of the exercises so they can fit beginner intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone in the group is encouraged to do as much as they want.
We always have beginners in every class and we offer adaptations for every exercise. And if you are fit already, come and see how we can challenge your sports performance.

Do we still train in bad weather?

We don’t cancel the classes on bad weather, we adapt the workouts instead. There are many benefits of training in the rain and cold weather. Same as the cold shower! It helps to strengthen our natural immunity and adapt our body to the cold temperatures. It improves and our mental barriers in tough situations. Having said that we did cancel couple of classes in extreme weather conditions. Although we do the classes and during the rain, if it is not your favorite challenge, we have a cancellation option. The cancellation window is 5 hours so plenty of time to review the forecast and decide if the expected weather is not for you 😊

What should I wear and bring?

Bring a water bottle with you. Staying hydrated during your workout is essential. In the winter extra layers are important. Having a winter coat before and after the workout is preferrable. Gloves are handy as every workout you will have your hands on the ground. Hat is optional for cold days to keep the ears warm. Some people bring a towel with them so they can use it instead of a mat. A good option especially during windy days. We do provide as well couple of mats.

I have an injury, is it possible to skip certain exercises?

Absolutely, we encourage you to gently rehab any injuries with great care. Whenever possible we will give you alternative exercises or you can just sit one out.

Do I need to book classes?
Yes! You do need to book classes. You can book classes 7 days in advance. And an hour before the class starts.
How do I join?

For class bookings go to our Timetable and select a class and you will be shown membership options. Hier open the timetable..

Can I cancel a booked class?
You can cancel a booked class up to 5 hours before the class. What if I cancel late? (less than 5 hours) If you have a class card you will lose a class.
Do I have to commit to a time period?
No, we have participants that join us for both occasional and regular classes.
What classes do you offer?

Our cardio, mobility, strength and conditioning classes help strengthen your muscles and joints. They also help improve posture, increase muscle mass and speed up your metabolism. Other benefits of adding these classes to your training routine: improves general health, stronger bones and increased density, reduces stress and improves your mood.

Summer Bodies

Dynamic combination of weight and cardio training for building muscle, fat burning and body sculpting results.
In order to see continuously results, you need to push your body outside it`s comfort zone with cardio and weight training. Intensive exercises help boost your metabolism, help burn fat and increase endurance. Exercising helps increase serotonin levels and help your brain produce endorphins which will massively improve your mood.
On top of all this, getting your heart rate up helps increase your energy levels by increasing blood flow to your muscles.

Rise and Grind

Bootcamp that combines cardio, strength and conditioning exercises for your lower and upper body. In this class we use different equipment as battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, plyometric box, VIPR, Bulgarian Bag and many more.


The high-energy, interactive training method pushes your limits with complete strength and cardio conditioning. High repetitions and isolated activation in our resistant training leads to muscle fatigue and that generates change in the muscle. Using full range of motion and pulse action to activate not only the major muscles but the stabilizers muscles as well. This leads to better muscle control and better performing.

Strength Flow

Our Signature training is combining strength, mobility and coordination in a mindful flow.
Strength flow helps develop body awareness, balance and control through ranges of motion which in term promotes better performance and unlock power. Strength flow is unique training method that focuses on fluid movements and transitions between exercises, allowing athletes and individuals to unlock their true potential and enhance their performance.
Flow stare training for lifting strives for a state of intense concentration but effortless execution of good form and no distracting thoughts.

Fit Mobility

If you want to challenge everything from mobility, balance and coordination, then give this mobility chain training a chance.
Mobility training can help you reach a better postural alignment and range of motion. Mobility training typically includes exercises that target your hips, legs, ankles, spine and shoulders. This training has numerous benefits from improving stability, increasing muscular control, including improved joint health, decreased risk of injuries and improved physical performance.

Cardio HIIT Workout

HIIT is an interval training that improves aerobic and anaerobic performance, strengthens your lungs and heart. HIIT is a training approach that involves repeated rounds of high-intensity movements followed by varied recovery times.
HIIT helps reduce body fat, improves oxygen consumption and endurance. HIIT improves Stamina, increases strength and keeps you younger. Tabata is for example a typical HIIT workout.

How long will it take to see results?
Attending 2-3 classes weekly you will very quickly become stronger and more flexible. If you want to reshape or lose weight then your diet will also be an important factor.
